Environmental management system ISO 14001 

Talvivaara Mining Company Plc. has been awarded certification for the environmental management system ISO 14001 on January 4, 2011. This official certification covers all operations of the Company and the ISO 14001 environmental management system sets  guidelines for our environmental practices in the future.

The goal in our operations is continuous improvement, sustainable and economic use of natural resources and  development of our processes in order to minimize the environmental impact of the mine.
